In the original settlement announcement, which ptscs' web site won't let me access, it was clearly stated that PTSC and Alliacense had agreed to "Established Policies and Procedures" in licensing the MMP.

To me that reads: "There are no changes to the original contract."

Call me dense, if you must. But the settlement was not really a material event. If you're waiting for more details of the settlement...you're not getting 'em. We're lucky we got to see what we did. A sophisticated game of "Three Card Monty" if you asked me.
