Why in world did we dismiss suit against TPL -

If we didn’t have all issues worked out, specifically the collecting ends on companies infringing?

Did we somehow screw the pooch again I’m a bit lost with this new info of no longer acknowledging each other.

Please help me understand what I’m missing, I assumed dropping suit we of course got something out of it . Well, we were told we did.

Thank you in advance for any help in understanding this present issue with TPL .
