yes, possible, but i doubt that!

each party (lawyers and clients) usually is interrested to get as much eggs out of the basket themselves. as long as they do not team up, coverage of own interest is no1.

win-win oriented visions (including other competing parties) and actions (based on pro-active appropriate strategies) may be out of a only legal based narrowed view.
