Well after two weeks of vacation I have returned to see that not much has changed. I'm fed up, frustrated, angry, and extremely disappointed in our Board Of self serving Directors. They settled, gave in, and seems apparent (at least to me) that they still have to ask Leckrone's permission to tell us anything. What happened to all those serious allegations that were in the 1st amended complaint? How were they addressed in the settlement? I wrote to Cliff before I left, however, I received no response. Nor did I receive a response to any of my prior e-mails asking about the by law amendment for majority voting. Doesn't anyone want to know what will happen in the event that we vote against all three directors at the next annual shareholder meeting? Will they be allowed to appoint their own replacements with cronies?

I have taken the liberty of writing to three SEC regional contacts that I found on the SEC website under litigation. I read through several complaints before I found these regional contacts. I hope that any one of you with complaint will write to the same three people. It may, in the end, serve no usefull purpose at all but at least it is worth a try.
