It would appear from ALL the information that has been made available
concerning the PATRIOT--Leckrone inter-actions,,that so far as I can
tell,Leckrone has NOT initiated a serious LAWSUIT against any alleged
infringer.

Perhaps I have missed something along this long and arduous journey.

The present action with the 'THREE',was initiated by them and WE are
responding to THEIR action against US.

So far, it seems to me, that the infringers who have 'settled'
with us have done so without any Court action..

Leckrone has met personally with the principles in the infringing
Companies at times--By-passing--their legal teams..(To which their legal teams objected)..

Leckrone's response was that he was acting in the capacity of an OWNER of the patents,and NOT as an Attorney representing the OWNERS..(Pretty sleazy it seems,or probably unethical).

Well NOW,he has made a change in enforcement strategy and it seems he has
finally hired a NEW team who hopefully will spearhead an AGRESSIVE,ASSERTIVE, 'AND' EFFECTIVE effort to get to the GOLD..
