Would the MA have been rewritten prior to the settlement or would they have agreed on issues and then had to go back and rewrite the MA. I am hoping this is what is occurring now and it is just taking this long to reduce it to writing. If not, why the complete silence by the company? Moore might be in the loop and the settlement is actually still in the process of being finalized. This is pure conjecture I know but it helps me think other thoughts other than they are ignoring us and business as usual is happening.
