What could have caused Patriot to dismiss those allegations ? (knowledge of an illegal activity used in a coersive manner by defendant ?)

The likelyhood of PTSC's own dirty laudry being hung out for all to see... the lawsuit v TPL had to be brought.. read: CYA... it would have been a total breech of fiduciary responsibility if it hadn't... now just settle it and take DL's word that he'll be a good boy from here on out... read: will keep dirty laudry burried.

My opinion only and what I will believe until (when/if) I read differently in the new and improved MA/CA... or see MMP revenue to prove otherwise..
