Ron; this is a neg. connotation, lets get it over with and move on, nothing is going to happen for another 6 mo.s, so let`s get it done. The only thing I would be against is if the officers of the co. voted themselves enough shares for a quorum. I kind of like it in our hands. I have nothing against them being well rewarded but after they earn it. JMHO RJ
