If the documents filed in the 6th district appellate court are the same documents that need to be filed in Superior Court, why have they not been filed yet?

Does anyone believe that the length of time it takes to file the settlement agreement with the Superior Court of Santa Clara is indicative of major changes to the Master Agreement/Commercialization Agreement that may not have had to be filed in the appellate court?

Don't forget all the allegations in the 1st amended complaint including that Patriot prays For a declaration of Patriot’s right to declare the ComAg terminated

If the settlement is an indication that the ComAg has not been terminated then has it been altered significantly? Do you think that PTSC may have negotiated for PDS to have oversight of paying Moore? Maybe our BoD didn't throw him under the bus.

I do think, however, that they still gave Leckrone veto power over press releases and I am not quite sure how the SEC would view this if they were aware that a privately held company dictates how, when, and the substance of PRs made by a publically traded company to its shareholders.
