Pursuant to Patriots Bylaws, Article III Meeting of the Shareholders:

3.01 Annual Meeting.....shall be held between the 90th and 180th day after the company's tax year end. (which was May 31, 2011)

3.03 Notice of Meetings.....written notice of any annual or special meeting.......shall be given....not fewer than 10 nor more than 60 days prior to the meeting.......

Doesn't it appear that the annual meeting should be held at the end of November (regardless of virtual or not)? Should we be expecting a proxy any time now up until the end of November?

Don't forget that majority voting passed at the last meeting. We have an opportunity to vote the entire board out of office....at least by voting power. Howver, has there ever been a doubt that the board will use the system to their advantage to delay or cirumvent their departures from the BoD.
