Good, perhaps someone recalls it. I just don't recall there being anything definitive posted here. Only discussions as to whether or not it applied to downstream customers.

I'm not questioning wheher or not Intel or AMD obtained a License. But is the license a systems license? The TPL site description seems to indicate both are not.
