You are correct when you state that I am upset. The further I dig the more I am convinced that Moore may win and begin to rightfully license his patents to the exclusion of PTSC and all of us.

What was our BoD thinking by not including Moore in the settlement agreement? I can only imagine the dirt that TPL may have on our BoD and vice versa that neither party wanted to have become public information.

There is more going on and I for one will be sitting in the court when Moore's trial begins.
