Moore is a real threat to PTSC

Do you think that Moore's attorney was present when PTSC made promises to Moore about not settling with TPL unless Moore's claims were also settled?

I would venture to guess that his attorney was there. If so, then we should be able to read this in any forthcoming declaration by Moore's attorney. Discovery for Moore's case should be a real eye opener and I hope our BoD is very worried.
