Patriot mentions Moore in amended complaint

1. After the 15% TPL shared equally with Patriot 50% of distribution. Patriot believes that TPL has not paid Moore his share of their side of the net revenue and that Moore’s share of their side is 55%

Why would Patriot even mention this in their amended complaint if they didn't have some agreement with Moore? Didn't Moore intervene in this case and wasn't there a declaration from Moore which supported Patriot? It seems to me that they were working together for a common goal....to defeat Leckrone and void the ComAg.
