According to Moore, his informed consent is a requirement to modification of the three-party ComAg. He does not consent.

If Moore can use this to terminate the ComAg and win his case against TPL, then Moore will be free to license the MMP. He could easily agree to license fees of let's say a mere $100K per license. He has no shareholders to worry about so he needs less than TPL and PTSC would need to collect. Think about it , $100K per license is a lot more than he would have received from TPL. Chuck can be free of the heartache he has had to endure at the hands of Leckrone and I'm sorry to say, more recently,....our BoD.

Carl, Gloria and Cliff...shame on you. You threw Moore under the bus and in doing so you may have ultimately screwed all PTSC shareholders.
