Does anyone know if Dan Leckrone is a practicing attorney in the state of CA. Or, does he solely maintain his license for the purpose of legally collecting fees from other attorneys ? As I understand it, it is legal, as long as the client agrees to those split payments made to Leckrone by another attorney who is not a partner or associate of Leckrone.
No wonder Leckrone stalls every case. If he has such an agreement with other attorneys can you imagine how much he may have collected from Cook, and others with the blessing of PTSC? Would Carlton Johnson have to be licensed in the state of CA to collect similar kickbacks from Leckrone? Ron, if you are reading this would you comment. If my analysis is off base, please let me know.
