I AM OUTRAGED ! Let me be quite clear. I have lost a lot of money by what appears to be gross mismanagement of funds and complete disdain for the share holders by the BOD. In my simple mind what they have done (or not done) would appear to be illegal. I wait patiently for someone to explain that I am wrong or conversly, explain to me why they have not been indicted.
