<Would someone please explain why? There is not a complete outrage from the management of PTSC that our licensing agent has announced seven purchases of core flash portfolio (which includes MMP patents) and only one announcement of a MMP license of Cummins Inc. in Oct 26, 2011>
I believe the underline is an erroneous statement, and requires correction. To my knowledge, the core flash portfolio does not include any MMP patents and never has.
Perhaps the reference is to theOnSpec Media Controller Chip which is covered by the MMP portfolio, because OnSpec is owned by TPL.
In any case, I would appreciate clarification of exactly what was meant by the underlined portion of the post.
