Does anyone else believe the only real way to protect ourselves is to get a third party licensing agent? The dynamics have changed since the CA was written. I believe this would save us a bunch of money and alleviate the conflict of interest with the commingling of licenses and the out of control expenses that are very hard to track. How do you trust this guy moving forward? He seems to have tried to scam every deal he has been involved with. I wonder what our BODs position is regarding Moore's share of the MMP?

What are we paying TPL to license the MMP 15 percent? If the billion dollar value is correct that is a lot of money for attorneys. If you had 20 lawyers making 250k per year it's only 5million. Lets say 10 years at 50 million. I know there are other costs but still well below 150 million.
