I'm not expecting anything earth shattering in Monday's filing, but I hope they have taken care to COMMUNICATE the differences to the TPL agreements brought forth through the settlement. Something MORE than, we settled all claims, etc.

Also, while we've not heard of any licensing since May, based on their secrecy regarding licensting, I hope that we see some license revenue reported in the 10q for the first quarter.

Just imagine if Apple approached the iPhone marketing like we approached the marketing of our product. It would be like walking past a dark alley and hearing a whisper from the shadows... "Psst, hey, check out this cool phone we've got for sale! We'll cut you a deal, but you can't tell anyone about it!"
