Upon formation and belief, both Nielson and Brown may have been paid a % of the GROSS MMP revenues. Was PTSC aware of this and had they agreed to it? If not, then might it be possible that Nielson and Brown were being paid through an offshore account leaving PTSC in the dark about what was coming off the top of the licensing fees?

Isn't it interesting that PTSC, a joint venture partner, negotiated for a % of the net, when Brown and Nielson received a % of the gross. Corrections welcome.
