Another road block has been lifted. Hopefully Moore v TPL is next and we can be whole again as a licensing entity. Take the smell off of our operation and we might soar. I would think that since we have shown that we are willing to litigate and defend the MMP tooth and nail that other companies that have been on notice are finally willing to adhere to our licensing strategy. At the very least the nuisance value has gone up considerably. IMO

The next PR hopefully announces 25 companies that have purchased the MMP license.
