Where did you see that TPL asked for a 3rd extension of time? According to the court's docket (register of actions), TPL only asked for a 2nd extention on 9/20 and was granted an extension until 10/6. On 10/3 PTSC's attorney Hoge sent a letter opposing any further extension of time. Might it be that Hoge is being pro-active in the event TPL is thinking of asking for a 3rd extention? Corrections welcome.
