You missed the first part of the question are they licensing? If not why? With re-exams out of the way and the MMP deep in litigation you would think that not all companies are willing to wait the possible outcome of us winning big and the MMP gaining value. Wouldn't there be a few that would take the not so early discount that is probably still available?
