So the point is this:

PTSC should press TPL to allow PTSC to PR that the appeal was denied.

How in the H would PR'ing this PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE "impede, impair, frustrate, or otherwise interfere ...."

Now you can argue all you want why TPL might think that. Have at it.

Personally I think it's just a matter of a power trip by Leckrone over our BoD. Just another thorn in the side of our helpless BoD ...
