Would you buy half of a company (50% ownership) that you have zero control of, yet pay over half the legal fees that are currently being amassed ? Fees, I might add that are consuming more money than what is coming in from the portfolio.

I wouldn't be the least bit interested in buying, unless I could have the whole enchilada.

Besides,...Lekrone and TPL probably have control over PTSC in regard to putting their interest up for sale. I believe Lekrone is putting the pressure on PTSC to sell him their half.
