I would hope that there is zero chance of another extension of time, w/o stiff opposition from PTSC. Once that reply brief is filed, the court can make its decision at any time thereafter. And if Leckrone is not successful, it's back to Superior Court and dealing with discovery. Unless he can afford to take the discovery risks, it may not be to his advantage to drag this out any longer. imo. Hope he sees it the same way.
