I placed an order for 25K shares at a limit of 0.05 ("all or none") with Scottrade an hour or so ago.

Where does this show up in bid/ask? And if there is 210K shares at ask of 0.05

why hasn't my order been filled?

Anybody with an answer, greatly appreciated.
