SEAL, RELEASING PLAINTIFF FROM ORDER TO FILE
UNREDACTED COPIES, AND DEEMING MOOT THE PARTIES
STIOPULATION TO EXTEND THE DEADLINE TO FILE UNREDACTD COPIES
Having considered the administrative motion of Technology Properties Ltd. and Alliacense
Ltd. to seal Exhibits A-1 through A-11, B-1 through B-5, and C-1 through C-5 to the Discovery
Dispute Joint Report #2, and finding good cause to grant the motion to seal, the motion is
GRANTED. The material for which sealing is sought is confidential commercial information, and
public disclosure would likely harm Defendants. The Clerk shall SEAL Exhibits A-1 through A-11, B-1 through B-5, and C-1 through C-5 to the Discovery Dispute Joint Report #2 (Docket No. 209).
Plaintiff Barco is hereby RELEASED from this Court’s ORDER of September 12, 2011,
directing it to file unredacted copies of the same documents on the public record (Docket No. 214).
The Order was based upon a lack of good cause for sealing the above-referenced Exhibits. Good
United States District Court For the Northern District of California cause now being shown, that Order is superseded and Barco is directed not to file unredacted copies of the Exhibits. The Parties’ Stipulation of September 15, 2011 (Docket No. 220) is deemed MOOT by virtue of the fact that this Order dispenses with the need to file unredacted copies of the above referenced documents.
