How much does TPL/DL own of there half of the MMP with Moore? Is it 25%, 30% or 50% and he pays Moore a % ?

I'm guessing he is trying to leverage himself into more $$$ by taking the stand he is taking with us. Isn't it a lose/lose situation for him as well as us?
