Derivative Actions

This is a forum to discuss all things relating to PTSC to include, in my opinion, actions that may be taken against the company by shareholders/members of this forum. In my opinon, it is not a violation of Agora's rules to discuss such matters.

Perhaps one might argue that talk of football or the weather might be deemed a violation but certainly not derivative actions. Therefore, I have undeleted those posts pertaining to the topic of Derivative Actions.
