What is remarkable is that certain of our directors, each acting in their individual professional capacity, were paid for their contributions towards drafting the agreement and then acting in their individual capacity as directors, they approved the agreement.

Conflict of interest? Who were the real beneficiaries of such an agreement? Certainly not PTSC shareholders.
