Maybe I should have stated things this way - if an "Apple" contract WAS signed, according to the info that you are referring to that makes you think it was signed, it would have been signed last fiscal year and included in the May 2010 activity of PDS, not the May 2011 activity of PDS as LL stated was the case earlier.

Does that clarify enough for you??
