Apparently not:

PDSG

"Revenue consisting of software licenses and associated services relating to PDSG’s CDX product decreased from approximately $568,000 for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2010 to approximately $469,000 for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2011. The decrease of approximately $99,000 was primarily due to the fact that revenue agreements are one time contracts that vary in size and scope depending upon the requirements of the customer."
