TPL Litigation

TPL has appealed the denial of its Motion to Compel Arbitration which appeal stays the Superior Court proceeding. The appeal is in the briefing stage and expected to be decided in late 2011 or early 2012. If the Appeal is unsuccessful then the Superior Court action will be activated. If it is successful, some or all of the case would proceed to arbitration.
