Thank you for your participation within the AGORACOM Community. We are pleased to inform you all that we are changing the standard within the Patriot Discussion forum as of tomorrow. In response to an epidemic of personal messages and insults to one another, in spite of our 100's of repetitive (now reduntant pleas) to you as a Community, we are pleased to present to you two options which will guide the discussion forums future discourse:
Option 1: You agree to adhere to the forums General Six Rules of use and NEVER TO POST any messages that include a comment, statement or language that may infuriate, inflame, enrage or otherwise defame one's persona (online or real) a specific poster or unspecified group will be deleted - this includes comments that are made as a footnote addition to an otherwise thoughtful fact based statement.
If one of your posts failed to meet the simple critera of mutual respect for eachother and our six rules of use, your account will be indefinitely banned!
Option 2: You agree that you cannot see eye to eye with everyone around you, and chose to post whatever is on your mind, even if you are deliberately trying to draw to insult those around you. You agree that AGORACOM WILL NOT monitor the forum and WILL NOT enforce our six rules of use, and you can continue lobbing torches at each other until you burn the discussion forum to the ground.
To this end, we welcome look forward to your responses as to which of the two options you would like to guide your future discourse as a community.

Once again, even though we have answered this question TO ALL OF YOU 100 TIMES BEFORE, we are once again called upon to explain two simple things:
1. AGORACOM DOES NOT HAVE AN INTEREST IN PATRIOT
2. AGORACOM nor any HUB Leaders delete any messages containing material or factual information. In the very odd case that a post that should not be removed, is, we always work with both parties and rectify the situation.
To this end we have pasted below the messages that have been deleted in the last 7 days. This will be our very last comment on the subject, as starting tomorrow, you can choose to participate with Option 1 or Option 2

Suggesting illegal wrong doing and proving it is totally different. I would think the SEC requires some kind proof to begin any investigation. Probably from a law inforcement entity. I would imagine they get swamped with disgruntled shareholders from many stocks guessing as to what went wrong with their failed investment.
Even if something illegal is proved what do you think that will do for this investment? Never mind I'll tell you. It would end PTSC has a public company and render any shares we own worthless.
I consider your call for sec action a form of bashing. Also the redundancy is against the rules of agoracom.
You posts should be removed and if it continues after that you should be banned. (Yet again)

You obviously have anger issues that reach much farther than what you want to read into my posts. Normally I would suggest some kind of anger therapy for you. However, you seem to have progressed to a stage where therapy probably would not help you. Therefore, might I suggest, instead, an increase in self-gratification in your life to relieve the anxiety. If you read the post carefully, you would have noted that I responded to a couple of prior posts that discussed the office hours of Patriot and how management was spending their time. My post also discusses the "E" the stock symbol received do to a "managerial blunder", perhaps!!!
As far as the share price opening and closing, where is the mistruth in that?
As far as the BOD investing $700 which equates to an hour of his Patriot salary, well I guess one would say it was sarcastic, however I did state that it was rumor. I couldn't imagine a BOD putting any of his/her money in Patriot knowing what they know.

Ron has it close to correct, but assumes he knows the motivations of another HL. He doesn't.
In performing as HL, there are times when I simply remove a violating post. Why? Because if I report it as the violation it is, you are likely to receive a warning (which may constitute a "black mark" in your posting history). Such action also opens the door for you to be banned, either by an HL or ultimately by Agora. Thus, when I remove an offending post, I consider it giving that poster a break.
As for your removed post, I honestly don't recall removing it. But upon reading it, I would have removed it. You suggest it was humor. First, what was funny about it? A series of untruths, and I didn't see a "LOL" in there that may have given a clue. To my eyes, it was bashing. A person new to Agora, unfamiliar but curious, could have read that post and taken some or all of it as truth.
Did it add to the value of the discussion of PTSC AT ALL? Was there any redeaming quality? IMO, no and none.
Then you follow with a post asking Ron about it. Another violation (Off Topic and questioning HL actions on the open forum, both violations). If you have such inquiries, either contact Agora or send a private message to Ron or another HL. That is the proper thing to do, and you should know this by now. I receive inquiries fairly regularly, and advise (regardless of who makes the inquiries).
Now I should advise that on occasions when I remove a clearly violating post and another HL blatantly disregards the Rules of Use and "unremoves" that post, and I happen to notice, I am tempted to go ahead and report the violation and issue a warning - all because some other HL either doesn't understand their role, the rules, or cannot view the post with the eyes of a newbie.
