He will use this court case filing to kill two birds with one stone. Next he will counter sue PTSC that he valued core flash at to low a value and wants a refund from PTSC

Conversely, PTSC could argue that they weren't as aggressive with the MMP Portfolio, and why a similar approach has still to happen.
