PTSC just paid whatever it takes to issue a PR that said the followiing:

"The Company expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K in compliance with the deadline for non-accelerated filers on August 29, 2011."

Just imagine, if they had issued that same PR one week ago!

Nahhh..... companies NEVER do THAT! lol

Sometimes the obvious simplicity escapes people. There are good reasons why some companies are successful and others are not. Typically though, the reason why successful companies are such is NOT because they are poor, inconsistent, and reactionary communicators.
