Exactly WHO is short on FACT, and strong on assumption here? You assume PTSC somehow failed, and assume that two Government agencies performed in perfect harmony.

How about you go find answers to your questions/concerns on this matter, and then criticize (if still applicable) based on fact, and not your self-generated fiction?

BTW, PTSC notified shareholders of their filing status intentions some six months ago.
