and u know this to be true? no one has ever reported that they have ever answered a phone call....ever. not just in this once instance, but never. yet you state that they were just too busy to answer a phone call. very misleading and trying to paint a picture of a working BOD when in fact they have nothing to do other than collect their compensation checks. fact is, and i do know this to be true, PTSC does not have any employees at the office. since they became an employeeless company, NO ONE, has ever occupied the PTSC office. very misleading. ptsc has an answering service and that is an "expense" and not an employee.

if it was actually a "blindsided event by someone else's ineptitude" then it can be understood and forgiven. but......the BOD has been a disaster at every aspect of managing the company that this is just another notch in the belt of the BOD's ineptitude.
