1st amended complaint Oct 20, 2010

IMHO this 1st amended complaint is publically available at the court, however, it wasn't until after I made information from this complaint, publically available on this forum (July 8, 2011 or thereabouts), that the company issued a PR on August 3 which mentioned the 1st amended complaint but not the real substance of it.

My independent analysis of this amended complaint revealed info that I believe is not generally known by shareholders. I also believe the company failed to report this important information.
