Why do you find it abrasive or argumentative to ask a direct question? You posted that what you were referring to was "likely actionable". I'd like to know exactly what you think is actionable and the reasoning behind it. Then I'd like to get a lawyers perspective behind that. I'd say that's pretty reasonable and information that is relevant to my investment. Why won't your provide it?

I've asked the same of people suggesting an SEC complaint is in order. I don't think it's abrasive or argumentative to ask them what they consider SEC actionable events that have occurred in regards Patriot, or better yet, to post a copy of their own complaint. Yet still nobody seems to want to answer that question either.

PS I don't recall ever asking for your advice.
