When I received the e-mail notification today, I didn't realize that what I received was a list of the types of future notifications that I would be receiving when they happen. You are right, the date I was looking at (today's date) was in fact my registration date. I should have realized, as you said, the court wouldn't send me anything that wasn't already on the court calendar. I thought perhaps they update the court calendar at the end of the day but the e-mail notifications might be more to the minute. I was wrong. I guess you may chalk this up to a "gotcha " moment. I learn as I go and never find it beneath me to admit that I was wrong. I did, however, receive information from someone and I had no reason to believe that it wasn't truthful., I posted that the Supreme court is reviewing this. I cannot state 100% that this is true as it cannot be found on the appellate calendar.
