Hi Laurie, Judge Fogel set the case for Markman hearing on 11/14/11 at 9:00 am.
Yesterday, I received the following e-mail:
It is possible that the hearing may go forward on that date, or it may be moved if the case is reassigned. Apparently there is a possibility that Judge Fogel may even keep the case. I'm sorry that I cannot give you more information, but we simply won't know anything for about another month.
