I think the more people who go to the above and just write something brief (one paragraph) about how the entire situation between TPL, Swartz and PTSC is possibly not above aboard on all issues, the greater the possibility a government agency might begin a review.

8ks aren't filed when the Master Agreement is amended? I would certainly like to know as an investor when the agreement that is supposed to keep TPL in check is amended. When that is not announced to shareholders that raises eyebrows imo.

The squeeky wheel gets the grease. Just write a brief paragraph. It doesn't have to be elegant, just reference PTSC's relationships and any topic you want to discuss. The more people do it the greater the possibility that a government agency will pick up the ball and run with it.

FYI, there is a section in the drop down menu that states "Conflicts of interest by management." That reminds me of Swartz and Johnson. People can start with that.
