Bad news:

1. PTSC is now forced to litigate against Leckrone. He is obviously forcing this issue by his continued lack of providing anything close to a fair deal to PTSC.

2. PDSG is still not making the progress required to becoming viable...what will it take?

Good News:

1. Detailed info is finally out.

2. They are going after Leckrone, hopefully with the best legal team that PTSC can afford. He has proved to be as bad as advertised. The infringement against MMP has been so great and because of Leckrone's greed he has cut his nose off to spite his face.

What is NEEDED NOW:

A strategy to implement the MMP as of this date that can be done with PTSC BOD oversite and involvement. Defeating Leckrone is only half the battle. Managing the licensing program must be well thought out, with a team like TPL has, to ensure effective licensure of infringers. We paid dramatically and probably double what we should have paid supporting Leckrone's operation to probably 75% of the profits of licensing. Therefore, if well set up, by Flowers and Johnson, additional savings for PTSC could result.

Multi tasking is the name of the game now for PTSC. They can no longer sit on the sidelines and expect to make any money. This is a critical moment.

I also feel by the way, with half the revenue and Leckrone trying to maintain his wasteful operation, they will be out of business soon.
