Yes, my recollection from notes shared by attendees at the Chi-town AMS is that Gloria assured the audit and accuracy of PDS's books. PDS. IMO it should be extremely obvious that the PDS level books didn't reveal anything actionable - the info did not drill deep enough.
In the VSHM, and more directly (i.e., in writing) in a PR early this year, PTSC announced more in-depth accounting scrutiny of licensing activity, presumeably Alliacense. This occurred (and was apparently agreed with TPL) well after the Complaints were filed. THAT was my point.
PTSC, PDS, TPL and Alliacense, per my understanding, are all separate corporate entities, each with separate books/accounting. While PTSC access to PDS books probably wasn't a big problem (being half owner), access to Alliacense's books apparently was (zero ownership interest) - until the agreement reached early this year.
This is just my understanding, and corrections are more than welcomed. But I hope it is helpful.
