i cant see schwartz getting involved with this stock again. he still has his people on the bod and i am sure they are well aware of the problems facing ptsc. ptsc could issue schwartz millions of shares at 0.01....but is there a retail market that would buy the stock at even 0.05? i am not so sure. the bloom is off of the ptsc rose and the patent on water seems to be stuck in litigation "mud". i am not sure they could market the ptsc story with upside potential as they did before.

if allowing schwartz back in would move the stock price up....i am up for it. at this stage i would be agreeable to anything to allow the stock to rise so I could exit without such a massive loss. i am sure others are looking for an exit also. seems a shame to sell at 5 cents.

after reading the press release it sure seems obvious to me that the bod should probably consider eliminating their compensation packages. the company is in big trouble and they are still allowed to pull $100k salaries down. imo, if they dont do something about their compensation packages...then this shows me where their true motives and interests in ptsc are. money for nothin'.....

sad day for ptsc share holders.
