I believe the nature of the appeal has to do with compelling arbitration. Perhaps indicrectly it would impact on the injunction imposed by the Superior Court.

<TPL has appealed the denial of its Motion to Compel Arbitration which appeal stays the Superior Court proceeding. The appeal is not likely to be heard for another six months. If the Appeal is unsuccessful then the Superior Court action will be activated. If it is successful, some or all of the case would proceed to arbitration.>
