Well unless the company is intentionally misleading, I would hope that whatever is in the Q is as accurate as the company can make it to be based on the knowledge in hand. Not sure if you are hinting that PTSC might be misleading the public or whether you really don't see Qs as being very accurate for any company. In either case.....I find your comment troubling.

I disagree. Knowing what is being appealed is necessary if one is to understand the rammifications of a win or loss in the appeals court. Your dismissal as to its importance assumes no one is concerned what the appeal is about or the results. I think they ought to be considering this now, not after the appeals court rules. But that is just my opinion.
I do agree with you that a call to the clerk's office is a good idea if anyone is unsure as to what the appeal is about. And if anyone should call, I hope they would share their findings here.
